Kanban Board — React

Built the same Kanban board twice on purpose — once in React with Zustand for state, once in Vue with Pinia — to get a real feel for the tradeoffs instead of arguing about them online. Drag-and-drop, optimistic updates, and local persistence are identical in both; the interesting part was how differently each framework wanted the drag state modeled.
